In general, we continue to recommend teaching Inside Flows that have either already been released during a training in a Flow Factory or have been created and taught by a teacher of the appropriate level. You have so many opportunities to learn new Inside Flows - whether at trainings, face-to-face classes, online lessons, summits, workshops, concerts... And this puts you in the perfect position to gain experience as a teacher and anchor the concept of Inside Flow in your body.

But we do understand that you’d like to be creative because you love a specific song so much that the movements just took over your body – and there you are with your own Inside Flow. Then it might be worth presenting it to a Senior or Pro teacher, discussing it personally with the teacher and benefiting from the teacher's experience. The teachers will help you turn your creation into a flawless Inside Flow. Maybe your flow will even go viral in the community?
